Summary:

This course is designed for use at the Defense Cyber Investigations Training Academy (DCITA) and can be used to prepare you for the CompTIA A+ exams, Network+, and the Security+ exam.

The course contains many important, instructional design elements such as an accurate table of content, vibrant graphic images, and hands-on exercises.

This course takes you through a comprehensive study of computer software and hardware elements, network administration and maintenance, and security administration and maintenance. The content gives you the tools and knowledge to improve your skills as either a PC technician or network administrator.

The course does not include a pretest which helps you prepare for the types of concepts and procedures you will study.

The course design is enhanced by the situating of the main idea of each particular paragraph in the left margin, making content location much simpler.

The course is designed to help you understand the security needs of your network and hardware and software issues. The course materials provide you with the content and exercises needed to be successful in our Cyber world.
